Clobba Marks definition

Clobba Marks means Code’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and designs, relating to Clobba Software Products, whether or not specifically recognized, registered or perfected.

  • For so long as Customer has the right to access and use Clobba Software Products, Clobba grants to Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to use Clobba Marks for the sole purpose of promoting any permitted use of Clobba Software Products.
