CLO MANAGEMENT CONTRACT. A contract or agreement entered into by PII for its own account (and not as nominee or subservicer), whether now existing or hereafter entered into, pursuant to which PII manages or services a pool of assets securing or otherwise backing Collateralized Loan Obligations.
