CLO Closing Date definition

CLO Closing Date means the date on which the Borrower issues the CLO Securities.
CLO Closing Date means the date on which the Takeout Transaction is fully consummated.
CLO Closing Date means the closing date of a Permitted Securitization. "Closing Expense Account" means the non-interest bearing account established pursuant to Section 8.3(e). "Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor statute, and the regulations promulgated and rulings issued thereunder. "Collateral" means the Pledged Collateral and all other property and/or rights on or in which a Lien is or is intended to be granted to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to this Agreement, any of the Loan Documents or any other instruments provided for herein or therein or delivered or to be delivered hereunder or thereunder or in connection herewith or therewith. "Collateral Administrator" means U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, in its capacity as collateral administrator under the Collateral Administration Agreement, and any successor thereto. "Collateral Administrator Fee" means the fee payable to the Collateral Administrator in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date in an amount specified in the Collateral Agent Fee Letter. "Collateral Administration Agreement" means the Amended and Restated Collateral Administration Agreement dated as of the Amended and Restated Closing Date, among Borrower A, Borrower B, the Servicer and the Collateral Administrator, as amended from time to time.
