CLO Agreements definition
CLO Agreements means, collectively, each contract relating to the operation of the Funds to which the Company, its Subsidiary, any Affiliate of the Company or any Fund is a party, including without limitation any Collateral Management Agreement, indenture, subordinated note paying agency agreement, preferred share paying agency agreement, warehouse agreement, indemnity agreement, collateral administration agreement or collateral acquisition agreement in effect on the date of this Agreement.

Each Acquired Company has been and is in compliance in all material respects with the CLO Collateral Management Agreements, the CLO Collateral Administration Agreements, the CLO Indentures and with all covenants and other provisions of the CLO Agreements, in each case, applicable to it.
