  • Cliq shall provide CLIENT with consultation on the format and specification of EFT data if transactions are to be transmitted to Cliq other than through the virtual terminal incorporated within the Cliq ACH Processing Gateway Interface.

  • Cliq shall provide an electronic means (electronic bulletin board service, or other like service) for the purpose of receiving EFT Data from CLIENT, posting return Items, correction notices and account statements for CLIENT.

  • Cliq may reserve a portion of the Collected Funds pursuant to its underwriting of CLIENT from time to time.

  • CLIENT warrants to Cliq that all data and entries contained in EFT Data and delivered to Cliq by CLIENT will contain true and accurate information; will be authorized by Customer.
