Clinical Study Plan definition

Clinical Study Plan means that part of the Collaboration Plan developed by the Collaboration Committee for the conduct of clinical studies by the parties hereunder.
Clinical Study Plan means the Protocols or Protocol synopses for the Product Trials, and all material Trial Activities and related Timelines. The initial Clinical Study Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • In addition, Karyopharm shall be responsible for all of its own costs and expenses relating to the preparation of any Global Clinical Study Plan and all Global Common Costs.

  • The Collaboration Committee shall have the authority to revise the current Clinical Study Plan as and when it deems necessary or desirable.

  • Thereafter, the Collaboration Committee shall oversee the implementation of such Clinical Study Plan.
