Clinical Programs definition

Clinical Programs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Clinical Programs means clinical services or programs including, without limitation, any clinical or professional service or clinical program of any type regardless of provider or supplier, medical directorships, and professional administrative services.
Clinical Programs means the programs for the development of a clinical drug at any time from Phase 1 to Phase 4 of its development, for the particular compound for which the relevant regulatory approval must be obtained in the designated country of Europe. This term shall refer to all the programs for which the tasks are described in the attached Exhibit, in future Exhibits attached as Addenda, as well as to future tasks, that may be contracted by the parties from time to time.

Examples of Clinical Programs in a sentence

  • Contractor shall provide all Clinical Programs as detailed in the Financial Proposal under the Base Clinical Fees.

  • Client may opt-out of Clinical Programs at any time by providing written notice to Outcomes of its desire to not participate in such Clinical Programs.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Ikaria shall use commercially reasonable efforts to manufacture and supply Pulse Technologies’ requirements, and Pulse Technologies shall acquire from Ikaria its requirements, for the Product for the Pulse Technologies Clinical Programs in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Quality Agreement.

  • Clinical Programs sponsored by health insurance companies may require Outcomes to provide patient information related to the health insurance company’s beneficiaries to the health insurance company on behalf of Client for payment activities or health care operations.

  • The ▇▇▇ shall determine the adequacy of the design, labor and materials for the building or buildings, provided to ensure the building or buildings shall be functionally suitable for housing the Dental School Program and related Degree and Clinical Programs.

Related to Clinical Programs

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.
