Nothing in this Section 6.3 prohibits the Professional Company or the Clinical Professionals from providing professional clinical services.
To facilitate such billing and collection services, the Professional Company will cause the Clinical Professionals to endorse and deliver to the Professional Company promptly all payments received by them in respect of any services rendered and products sold by or on behalf of the Professional Company.
