Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner, CPP definition

Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner, CPP means a pharmacist licensed by the Board who has been granted prescriptive authority by the Board who is authorized by the Board to engage in comprehensive drug management and comprehensive patient management in collaboration with a licensed physician as defined by the Board.
