Clinical evaluator definition

Clinical evaluator means a dentist, licensed in Oregon or another state who is responsible for conducting a clinical evaluation of an approved dental pilot project who is unaffiliated with the project and who has no financial or commercial interest in the project's outcome.
Clinical evaluator means a licensed clinician, or a clinician with a master’s degree who is actively pursuing licensure as an LADC as provided for in 26 V.S.A. § 3236 or other counselor designated by the Department who administers the clinical evaluation for IDRP.
