No Clinical Entity has submitted to any Clinical Payment Program any false or fraudulent claim for payment.
Section 2.19 of the Company Disclosure Schedule contains a list of all commercial insurance plans and Government Healthcare Programs in which a Clinical Entity is a participating provider (“Clinical Payment Programs”).
