Clinic director definition

Clinic director means a health care practitioner licensed as provided by s. 400.9905, F.S., who agrees in writing to accept legal responsibility for activities of the health care clinic as required by Part XIII, Chapter 400, F.S. A health care clinic may not provide services beyond the scope of the clinic director’s health care license.
