Climate Action Reserve. ("CAR"): The California corporation named "Climate Action Reserve." County: Los Angeles County. Environmental Impact Report ("EIR"): The Environmental Impact Report certified by Los Angeles County on April 30, 2019 ( State Clearinghouse Number 2004031072).
