Client’s Logo definition
Client’s Logo means a graphic representation of the Client’s name or trademark regularly used by the Client to identify itself;

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to grant CVCheck any rights, ownership or interest in the Client’s Logo, or in the underlying intellectual property, other than the rights to use the Client’s Logo granted under the Licence granted by paragraph (a) above.
Subject to Client’s approval, Client agrees to allow Provider to place Client’s Logo, links to the client’s web site, and appropriate statements as restricted by this Agreement on Provider’s web site for marketing purposes.
