Client's Data Files definition
Client's Data Files. Client's data files and the data contained therein shall be and remain Client's property and shall be returned to it by Unisys upon termination of this Agreement or, with respect to any particular data files and data, on such earlier date that the same are no longer required by Unisys in order to render Services hereunder. Client's data shall not be utilized by Unisys for any purpose other than that of rendering Services to Client under this Agreement nor shall Client's data, or any part thereof, be disclosed, sold, assigned, leased or otherwise disposed of to third parties by Unisys or commercially exploited by or on behalf of Unisys.
