ClientNet definition

ClientNet means the Bank’s online portal for the transmission of documents and information between the Bank and its clients, and any replacement website as the Bank may from time to time notify to the Project Entity. "Designated Performance Requirements" means Performance Requirements 1 through 8 and 10 (or, as the context may require, any one of such Performance Requirements) of the Performance Requirements dated May 2014 and related to the Bank’s Environmental and Social Policy dated May 2014.   • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.
