Client work site means a place of work owned, operated or controlled by a client

  • Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LGC for any losses, damages, liabilities, cost, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from (i) a claim that a Worker was in any way harmed under the direction or supervision of Client or while at a Client work site or due to unsafe conditions of a work site; (ii) Client’s negligence or intentional misconduct; or (iii) Client’s breach of this Agreement.

  • The typical 40 hour work week of full-time non-local resources consists of the resource traveling to the Client work site location on Monday morning, returning to their home city Thursday evening and performing project related activities remotely on Friday, as needed for training, working sessions and other meetings as agreed with two-week planning notice.

Related to Client work site

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Supplier System the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including any software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Commissioner System);

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
