Client Sponsor definition

Client Sponsor means those persons You designate whom You authorize to purchase Exponent Professional Services and to act on Your behalf to direct Exponent in the performance of services contemplated under this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated on an SOW, the Client Sponsor is also authorized to execute the Agreement and enter into other amendments to this Agreement.
