Client-Server Environment definition

Client-Server Environment means a networking environment consisting of a requesting computer (client) which receives application processing from a server.

Examples of Client-Server Environment in a sentence

  • As part of the Designated Services, IBMGS-US shall maintain and document enterprise wide hardware, software, application and data architectures for Eckerd's client/server environment (the "Client/Server Environment").

  • IBMGS-US shall, subject to the Performance Standards, provide the Services to Eckerd at a technological level that will maintain the integrity of the Client/Server Environment.

  • If the Joint Advisory Committee determines that there is a concern regarding the continued integrity of the Client/Server Environment, the Joint Advisory Committee shall direct IBMGS-US to modify the Client/Server Environment in a manner specified by the Joint Advisory Committee.

  • For each End User Run-Time License purchased, deploy Component Applications, utilizing up to the Licensed Number of Processing Cores, as desktop applications or in a Client-Server Environment.

  • The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at least once every Contract Year to assess the continued integrity of the Client/Server Environment.
