Client Samples definition

Client Samples means any blood specimen sample of Client collected using the Company’s Products and provided to a Partner Laboratory in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
Client Samples means any specimen sample of Client collected using the Company’s Products and returned to the laboratory in accordance with the Company’s instructions.

  • By purchasing the Company’s Services, you consent to the performance of the Services by the Company and its Partner Laboratories and the processing of any Client Samples by the Company and our Partner Laboratories in accordance with these Terms of Service, the Data Protection Consent and the Partner Laboratories’ terms and conditions (each as may be amended from time to time).

  • Any failure to send Client Samples to our Partner Laboratories in this way may lead to deterioration of a Client Sample which could affect the accuracy of your test results.

  • All Client Samples are processed by one of our Partner Laboratories in accordance with their terms and conditions.

  • The Company will use all reasonable efforts to provide any test results in respect of any Client Samples to you within the time indicated to you on any purchase order (if any).

  • The Company is not responsible for any test results that are compromised due to any delay in returning any Client Samples or where any Client Sample is lost in the post.

  • Any Client Samples taken using any Product provided by the Company must be sent back to the Partner Laboratory identified in the pre-addressed label included with the Product on the day such Client Sample is taken.

  • Any Client Samples taken using any Product provided by the Company must be sent back to the Partner Laboratory identified in the pre-addressed envelope included with the Product on the day such Client Sample is taken.

  • Except as expressly agreed in a Scope of Work or Work Order or Change Order or otherwise instructed by Client in writing, OXB shall not use any Client Samples with or in any Vector, Licensed Product or cell line other than a cell line that is a Client Sample.

  • Any Client Samples taken using any Product provided by the Company must be sent back to the laboratory identified in the pre-addressed label included with the Product on the day such Client Sample is taken.

  • Cellmark will only be required to perform the Services when it receives from the Client Samples relevant to the purpose for which the Services are required, and which have been obtained, stored and submitted strictly in accordance with the directions given by Cellmark.

Related to Client Samples

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.
