Examples of Client Release in a sentence

  • The SNEMT Provider may require a Client Release Form prior to providing transportation services.

  • If Provider decides to require Client Release form, the form shall contain all the data indicated in the sample SNEMT Client Release Form that is included in Section XI.B.

  • Receive Client Release of Information prior to sharing information about a client’s household, services, shelter or housing with another Partner, including prior to entering data into HMIS when such data will be shared in HMIS.

  • The Agency will not divulge any confidential information received from the TCHC CoC HMIS to any organization or individual without proper written consent by the client on the Client Release of Information Consent Form (ROI) unless otherwise permitted by applicable regulations or laws.

  • Current Release means that version of the Product installed on the Equipment at the Commencement Date and any modifications to it or if a new Release is available, that new Release installed on the Equipment and any modifications to it;

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software that RSA makes generally available to its customers who are current on their Maintenance Services fees but does not mean new Software.

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • Major Release means a major update or upgrade to the Software, which includes significant enhancements and/or a major redesign of the Software, identified by Bosch by a change to the first digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.0 to 3.0).
