When invoicing its Clients, Firm will include in such invoices all Client Reimbursements previously invoiced by Provider to Firm unless Firm has already invoiced Client for such Client Reimbursements.
The Second Invoice shall be for 25% of the Service Fees payable with respect to foreclosure services rendered on the File and shall reference any Client Reimbursements previously invoiced but not yet paid to Provider by the Firm.
Firm shall reimburse Provider for all Client Reimbursements advanced by Provider in connection with the performance of Services hereunder as provided in Sections 7.4 and 7.5. In the event that Firm is unable to secure reimbursement from any Client for such amount due to Provider’s failure to submit timely such costs to Firm, Firm shall not be obligated to make such reimbursement to Provider.
