Client Provider definition

Client Provider means a third party from whom Client obtains distribution rights for the Client Sourced Content.
Client Provider means a health service provider or an Ontario Health Team that is funded by the Agency under section 21 to provide home and community care services to the provider’s or Team’s patients and to which the Service Organization provides operational supports; (“client-fournisseur”)

  • In performing the Services, to the extent Personally Identifiable Information from Student Data is transmitted to Provider from Client, Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the Client.

  • Upon termination for any reason and request by Client, Provider will make available a non-proprietary, industry standard digital file of the Client Data in exchange for the then current fee for such service.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing by Provider and Client, Provider and Client shall each be responsible for any costs and expenses it incurs in connection with the performance of this Agreement or operation of its business.

  • Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.

  • Content Provider means any video programming provider of copyrighted works for transmission to Licensed Products and the copyright owners of such work.

  • Independent provider means a self-employed person who provides services for which he or she must be certified in accordance with rule 5123:2-2-01 of the Administrative Code and does not employ, either directly or through contract, anyone else to provide the services.

  • Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.

  • Program Support Provider means and includes with respect to each Conduit Purchaser any Liquidity Provider and any other Person (other than any customer of such Conduit Purchaser) now or hereafter extending credit or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser pursuant to any Program Support Agreement.

  • Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
