CLIENT PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE means the Software (including modifications and derivatives thereof developed by Client, Service Provider or any third party) owned by Client that is listed in Schedule F, as may be modified by agreement of the Parties from time to time during the Term. * Confidential information has been omitted.
