Examples of Client Notice in a sentence

  • Where another Person has engaged the services of the Service Provider, and during the delivery of the Services, the Service Provider, in its Discretion, is of the opinion, even with the safeguards being introduced, that the Client’s or the other Person’s interests are likely to be prejudiced, the Services Provider may, after consultation, with the Client, choose to terminate the Agreement, in which case it will be entitled to do so by giving the Client Notice of termination.

  • The Client Notice must be made in writing, and where applicable, on Client’s or the Client’s customer’s official company letterhead.

  • In such event, Client must sign GIA’s “Acknowledgment” within thirty (30) days after the date the Acknowledgment is provided by GIA to Client after GIA has received the Client Notice.

  • A tentative schedule for submitting our work is as follows: Client Notice to Proceed Construction Documents 3 months Owner review @ 65% Construction Documents 2 weeks Owner review @ 95% Construction Documents 2 weeks Permitting 3 months Construction Administration 14 months Our fee for the Scope of Services described in Exhibit A will be based on a lump sum breakdown of fee in Exhibit B and will be billed on a percentage complete method.

  • Accordingly, it is agreed that the Service Provider shall be entitled, upon written notice to the Client ("Notice"), to reduce the Team and/or their working hours under the MSA in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
