Client License definition

Client License means a type of license that allows the Authorized Users (number specified on the Order Form, if applicable) of Client (as of the effective date of the license) to access the Product. A Client License does not include the right to allow use by Authorized Users of Client’s Affiliates.
Client License means a user License to access the various capabilities of the KISTERS software suite.
