Client Identifying Information definition

Client Identifying Information means information that identifies, or may lead to the identity of, a Client or the Client’s Family. Identifying information includes, but is not limited to, verbal or written communication, photographs, digital images, video clips, and data.
Client Identifying Information means the Client’s name, Service Delivery Location, residential address (if different than the Service Delivery Location), telephone number, the LHIN contact person, unique Client Identifier, and alternative delivery address, if applicable;

More Definitions of Client Identifying Information

Client Identifying Information means any information that identifies an individual as having applied for or received alcohol or other drug related services or as being an abuser of alcohol or other drugs, or a combination of alcohol and other drugs.
Client Identifying Information means information by which the identity of a client canbe determined. The term does not include a client identifying number assigned by a program.

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.
