Client Hardware definition

Client Hardware means any equipment, devices, hardware, or other tangible materials including printers, servers, workstations, and networking devices that are owned, leased, or controlled by Client, connected to Client’s network or information technology infrastructure, or otherwise located at a Work Site, but “Client Hardware” shall not include any Stasmayer Equipment.
Client Hardware means any existing Client owned or leased hardware and any future hardware purchased or leased by Client.
Client Hardware means the hardware and other equipment, including workstations, provided by County in accordance with Contractor’s specifications.

  • Problems Resulting from Client Hardware Malfunction There is a defect or malfunction in any hardware or software that adversely affects Provider’s ability to perform the Services.

More Definitions of Client Hardware

Client Hardware means the Hardware owned or leased by, or under the control of, Client or a Client Agent.
Client Hardware means a computer, workstation, terminal or other electronic equipment used to access the System Hardware, acquired by County for the purpose of this Agreement in accordance with Contractor's specifications set forth in Attachment A.3 (System Environment).
Client Hardware means the equipment and peripheral devices described in Attachment B to be provided by Client pursuant to the terms of this Agreement;
Client Hardware means the computer equipment of the Client, including (without limitation) all peripherals, attachments, lines and cabling and applicable documentation and all equipment relating to networking, for which the Service Provider is performing Support Services under this Agreement;

Related to Client Hardware

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.
