Client Dependencies definition

Client Dependencies has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.
Client Dependencies means the Client’s obligations in relation to the Onboarding Services, as specified in the ‘List of Prerequisites’ in the Onboarding SOW, or as otherwise agreed by the parties.
Client Dependencies the Client dependencies set out in the SOW. Client Materials: all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications and data supplied by the Client to CloudRock. CloudRock Background IPRs: all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by or licensed to CloudRock and which are or have been developed independently of a SOW and which either form part of the Deliverables or are otherwise necessary to enable the Client to receive and use the Services.

Client Dependencies means the actions the Client must take in order to receive all or part of the Service or an Add- on, as stated in the Particulars of Agreement, an Add-on Order Form or the Service Documentation;

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.
