Client Damage Event definition
Client Damage Event means a Wrongful Act in the ordinary course of the Insured’s operations that if not corrected or mitigated would result in direct monetary damages to a client or customer of an Investment Adviser and a Claim for which coverage would be provided under this Coverage Part.
