Client Customization definition

Client Customization means any computer programming code developed by Client using any Source Code provided by eFunds, and all related Documentation, or any other Modification, and includes, without limitation, any and all Modifications created or developed by Client.
Client Customization means any software application, extension and other program that interacts and/or interfaces with our Platform and Software, or components thereof, but which do not modify, publish, reproduce, create derivative works based on, redistribute, perform, display or in any way exploit our Platform or Software, content or materials provided by Xenia.

Examples of Client Customization in a sentence

  • Client agrees that it shall make no use whatsoever of any eFunds Product, Client Customization, Source Code or Modification except as expressly authorized in this Agreement.

  • Regardless of any disclosure made by Client to eFunds of an ultimate destination of any eFunds Products, Client Customization or Source Code, Client will not export and/or re-export, either directly or indirectly, any eFunds Product, Client Customization, Source Code or any other technology obtained from eFunds without first obtaining, at the Client's expense, an export/re-export license from the United States government, as required.

  • In no event shall client, without eFunds' prior written consent, use of any eFunds Product or any Client Customization in any time sharing or service bureau environment or for shared, regional, or national network or interchange.

  • Alternatively, if specified in an applicable Order, we may train and support your qualified personnel to engage in Client Customization independently, with development Software that we license to you in an Order.

  • For any Client Customization, Client and eFunds must separately agree in writing as to any maintenance that eFunds will provide with respect thereto, including aIl terms and conditions thereof and the annual maintenance fee to be paid by Client for such services.

  • In no event shall Client, without eFunds' express prior written consent, use any eFunds Product or any Client Customization to provide services to customers outside the Territory.

  • Client shall not use, copy, translate, print or display any eFunds Product, Client Customization, or Source Code, in whole or in part other than as expressly authorized in this Agreement.

  • Licensee may not customize the Products unless Licensee has licensed the EvREsearch Client Customization Kit and then only to the extent permitted in the license agreement accompanying that product.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
