Client Companies definition

Client Companies means, collectively, the Dex Client Companies and the SM Client Companies and Client Company means any one of the Client Companies.
Client Companies has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Client Companies means collectively the Managed REITs, the Managed Operators, AIC, RIF and RMR Trust and "Client Company" means any one of them.

Examples of Client Companies in a sentence

  • The numerator of which is for a Client Company and the denominator of which is for all Client Companies (or specific Client Companies receiving the service allocated per this factor, if not all Companies are receiving the service.) This ratio will be determined annually and/or at such time as may be required due to a significant change in circumstances.

  • Used primarily for the allocation of costs incurred for system dispatch, fuel procurement and settlements, plant support, and planning services for those Client Companies that procure such services under this Service Agreement.

  • The amounts remaining after direct assignment shall be allocated among the Client Companies using the methods identified in Appendix A.

  • Direct costs are defined as costs that can be identified as being applicable to services performed for a single Client Company or group of Client Companies.

  • This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date, and shall continue in full force and effect with respect to Servicer and all Client Companies until terminated with respect to any or all Client Companies in accordance with Section 12.

  • Amounts that cannot be directly assigned will be allocated to Client Companies by means of equitable allocation formulae or clearing accounts.

Related to Client Companies

  • Client company means any person that enters into an agreement for professional employer services

  • Parent Companies means Parent and its Subsidiaries;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.
