Client Communications definition

Client Communications means any information, documents, or other communications provided by Deloitte Entities under an Engagement whether in writing or otherwise, including, without limitation, any reports (including, without limitation, the final written report, if any, on the Services performed under the Engagement) or memoranda issued by any Deloitte Entity, including, without limitation, documents, communications, advice, if any, and any drafts thereof, any draft or final reports or memoranda, whether in writing or otherwise.
Client Communications means any information, documents, or other communications provided by Zwitch Entities under a Contract whether in writing or otherwise, including, without limitation, any reports (including, without limitation, the final written report, if any, on the Services performed under the Contract) or memoranda issued by any Zwitch Entity, including, without limitation, documents, communications, advice, if any, and any drafts thereof, any draft or final reports or memoranda, whether in writing or otherwise.
Client Communications means this Agreement (including all supplements and amendments hereto) and all notices and other information, documents, data and records regarding the Treasury Assets. Electronic communications include e-mail delivery as well as electronically making available to the Client the Client Communications on the Asset Manager’s and/or 21Shares’ Internet site, if applicable. By signing this Agreement, the Client consents to electronic delivery as described in the preceding three sentences. It is the Client’s affirmative obligation to notify the Asset Manager and/or 21Shares in writing if the Client’s email address changes. The Client may revoke or restrict its consent to electronic delivery of Client Communications at any time by notifying the Asset Manager and 21Shares, in writing, of the Client’s intention to do so. Neither the Asset Manager, 21Shares nor their affiliates will be liable for any interception of Client Communications. The Client should note that no additional charge for electronic delivery will be assessed, but the Client may incur charges from its Internet service provider or other Internet access provider. Client shall be solely responsible for possessing and maintaining computer systems sufficient to receive electronic delivery, including necessary software to receive e-mail, access websites, and review PDFs. In addition, Client acknowledges that there are risks, such as systems outages, that are associated with electronic delivery.

Examples of Client Communications in a sentence

  • By consenting to electronic delivery of Client Communications, Client authorizes Advisor to deliver Client Communications by email at the email address specified by Client, and through reporting systems provided to Client by Advisor.

  • However, LPL, Advisor and FutureAdvisor may still send notices and Client Communications as provided for in this Agreement regardless of whether Client has de-activated alerts.

  • Client hereby agrees to promptly review all confirmations, Account statements, and other Client Communications and agrees to notify the Client’s Financial Advisor in writing within 10 calendar days of receipt if Client wishes to object to the information provided in those documents.

  • None of Client’s revocation or restriction of consent, Client’s request for paper delivery, or ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ delivery of paper copies of Client Communications affects the legal effectiveness or validity of any electronic communication provided while Client’s consent is in effect.

  • Client agrees to hold Advisor free from any damages related to or arising from the delivery of Client Communications via email.

  • However, LPL, IAR and FutureAdvisor may still send notices and Client Communications as provided for in this Agreement regardless of whether Client has de-activated alerts.

  • This Section contains the terms and conditions applicable to Client Communications.

  • However, Baird reserves the right to send any or all Client Communications to Client’s legal street address and to discontinue mailing to a P.O. Box address at any time in ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ sole discretion.

  • By instructing Baird to make a combined mailing of Client Communications, Client understands and acknowledges that all members of Client’s Statement Household will have access to Client’s personal and financial information.

  • The Parent shall not, and shall cause each of its Affiliates not to, assert ownership of the Client Communications, attorney-client privilege, attorney work product privilege or any other legal privilege or protection against any member of the Seller Group or Law Firm with respect to any Client Communications.
