Client Cancellation (Part Time and Full Time staff) Where a client cancels for reasons other than those outlined in subclause (c)(ii), permanent Employees shall be entitled to receive payment for their guaranteed minimum number of contracted hours in that pay period.

BDI may in its absolute discretion cancel the Order and any subsequent season orders and such cancellation shall be considered a Client Cancellation as a result of which the Client shall forfeit the deposit paid in respect of any such Orders in favour of BDI and BDI may, in its absolute discretion, require the Client to pay the remaining balance due on the Order or appropriate the Products forming part of the Order to be disposed of by BDI in its absolute discretion.
