Client Cancellation definition

Client Cancellation means an event where either or both of the Issuer and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy cancels the Siemens Gamesa Contract due to a breach of the Issuer, and such a cancellation does not result in the Issuer receiving the remaining 80 per cent. of the outstanding contract value of the Siemens Gamesa Contract.

Examples of Client Cancellation in a sentence

  • Client Cancellation (Part Time and Full Time staff) Where a client cancels for reasons other than those outlined in subclause (c)(ii), permanent Employees shall be entitled to receive payment for their guaranteed minimum number of contracted hours in that pay period.

  • Client Cancellation – Casual Support Workers Where a client cancels or changes their scheduled appointment and: less than 4 hours’ notice of the cancellation is provided to the casual support worker Employee; and such change reduces the Employee’s engagement for the day; the Employee will be paid for the hour(s) worked, provided that he/she receive no less than a payment at the Ordinary Rate in accordance with the minimum engagement set out at clause 14(b)(ii).

  • Depending on the date of our receipt of the Client Cancellation Notice, and provided you have not already paid the relevant Fees pursuant to Section 7, you must pay to us a charge equal to the amount of Fees due and payable by you as at the date of receipt of the Client Cancellation Notice (and for the avoidance of doubt any amounts paid prior to such date, such as any deposit or pre- paid charges, shall not be refundable).

  • In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation payment shall be paid by the Client: Cancellation prior to the Deliverables of this Agreement being turned in: payment for services rendered as of date of Cancellation plus 35% of the total fee (not to exceed total cost of project).

  • You must give the Organiser Contact prior written notice (including by email) if you wish to cancel your registration to attend the Event (Client Cancellation Notice).

  • In the event of a Client Cancellation, Client shall pay Patriot for any outstanding payments owing under the Proposal up and through the date of cancellation, within ten (10) days of cancellation, including, but not limited to, any and all installation and/or Deployment (as defined in the Proposal) fees if selected by Client in the Proposal.

  • Notwithstanding the terms of this Section, the remedies provided pursuant to the Section of the Agreement titled Limitation of Liability and the Section of this Agreement titled Client Cancellation; Liquidated Damages shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of the parties in the event of a Termination Breach.

  • BDI may in its absolute discretion cancel the Order and any subsequent season orders and such cancellation shall be considered a Client Cancellation as a result of which the Client shall forfeit the deposit paid in respect of any such Orders in favour of BDI and BDI may, in its absolute discretion, require the Client to pay the remaining balance due on the Order or appropriate the Products forming part of the Order to be disposed of by BDI in its absolute discretion.
