Client Brand definition

Client Brand has the meaning set out in Subsection 12(e).
Client Brand means the CLIENT trademark and any other trademarks, trade names, brands, insignia, logos, symbols, or decorative designs owned, licensed, or otherwise used by CLIENT or its Affiliates for their respective Products or otherwise from time to time.
Client Brand means any Client or Client Affiliate trade marks and logos whether registered or unregistered. Client Materials: all documents, information and materials provided by Client to Supplier, including without limitation the Client Brand, content and images. Commencement Date: the date of signature of this Agreement by both Parties.

  • Unless otherwise specified in a Work Order, Client hereby grants to Company a non-revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Client Brand and any Final Edit Version of any deliverable solely for the purpose of use in connection with the Company’s physical or electronic portfolio and/or website that Company shows to other potential clients in the ordinary course of Company’s business.

  • Client shall make available in a timely manner at no charge to Provider all content, graphic files, Client Data, Client Brand information or other information and resources of Client required by Provider for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client grants to Arcadia a non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right and license to use the Client Brand Features during the Term in accordance with such reasonable branding guidelines as Client may specify for the limited purposes of performing Arcadia’s obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, identifying the Services as "powered by" or "run on" Arcadia's Brand Features.

  • Arcadia further acknowledges that Client retains the right to use the Client Brand Feature and Client data for any purpose in Client’s sole discretion.

  • Arcadia may identify Client as an Arcadia customer and use the Client Brand Features in connection with its customer lists and related marketing materials.

  • The Contractor shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: Brand, logo and other design work for the Client's existing products as well as those in development.

  • The Representative must also provide the Client’s name or brand to be used ("Client Brand") and any additional information indicated by Kitch as required.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, we will not use your Client Brand for any other purposes without your prior consent.
