Client Board definition

Client Board means the board of directors of the Client as from time to time constituted or any duly appointed committee of the Client Board.
Client Board means the body empowered by the SoS to act as the client board from time to time which has the role specified in Clause 6;

For the purposes of the Board’s MLS® Rules and Regulations, members of any Client Board which has contracted with the Board for the provision of MLS® services shall not be considered non- members.
