Client Agent definition

Client Agent is defined in the definition of “Agent”.
Client Agent means a person(s) or organisation appointed by the Client to perform the function as set out in Clause 14.6.
Client Agent means such service provider used by Client.

  • In cases where the Client or Client Agent limits Supplier’s ability to perform the requested Services in a timely manner, the applicable Client or Client Agent will be notified of such within four (4) business hours of generation of the corresponding SRM Work Order System ticket.

Related to Client Agent

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

  • Management Agent means the property management company which oversees the property management functions for the Apartment Housing and which is on-site at the Apartment Housing. The initial Management Agent shall be ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley Management, Inc.
