Client Acknowledgment definition

Client Acknowledgment means the Acknowledgment by Client for the Securities Account including the information for trading, procedure for funds deposit and withdrawal, procedure for transferring funds from the Securities Account and other information in respect of the Securities Account thereto to be acknowledged and signed by the Client and, as the context requires, any amendments made thereto from time to time; "Agreement" means the agreement made between the Client and Wing Fung Securities and constituted by the Account Opening Form, these Terms, the Client Acknowledgement, the terms and conditions for Securities Trading Account, and such other documents referred to therein or added thereto (including any amendment or supplement made thereto from time to time); "Allotted Securities" means all the Securities in relation to which the Application is accepted; "Application" means any application to be made by Wing Fung Securities as agent on behalf of the Client for the subscription or purchase of the Offer Securities pursuant to Clause 2;
