Clerical Functions definition
Clerical Functions means filing, establishing, maintaining, requesting and transferring OSRs. In addition, in secondary schools, it means creating Ontario Student Transcripts, removing outdated Ontario Student Transcripts and removing duplicate report items older than 5 years except for the “OSOR Card”.
