Clergy-of-record means the Clergy person designated by the inmate and approved by the Assistant Director of Rehabilitative Services. The Office of Rehabilitative Services verifies that said clergy person is an official representative
Clergy-of-record means the Clergy person designated by the inmate and approved by the Assistant Director of Rehabilitative Services. The Office of Rehabilitative Services verifies that said clergy person is an official representative of a religious organization as defined by the Federal Government’s classification in the Internal Revenue Services’ rules.
