CLEMIS definition

CLEMIS means the Court and Law Enforcement Management Information System, an information management system comprised of specific software applications (CLEMIS Applications) operated and maintained by the CLEMIS Division of County.

  • The CLEMIS Division may waive these costs in its sole discretion.

  • Public Body shall pay the CLEMIS Fee to County for the CLEMIS Applications and services, which are marked on Addendum A.

  • The Executive Secretary shall prepare the agenda for CLEMIS Advisory Committee meetings.

  • The CLEMIS Fee shall be posted on the CLEMIS website and may be obtained from the CLEMIS Division.

  • Public Body's obligation to pay the CLEMIS Fee shall stop on the effective date of termination or cancellation.

  • All monies paid by Public Body to County pursuant to this Exhibit shall be deposited into the CLEMIS Fund or FRMS Fund, as applicable.
