Clearinghouse Services definition

Clearinghouse Services means the procedure for the correlation of data and matching services to persons with ADRD and families.
Clearinghouse Services means those services to be performed by the Clearinghouse Provider pursuant to Article 4 and Article 5 hereof.
Clearinghouse Services means the applied, developed and coordinated logistics for case management, data management, user management, and ancillary support for operations, design flows, process flows, and work flows to achieve program eligibility verification, priority recommendations, and referrals for services within the meaning and objectives of SB1543’s Universal Representation. The Clearinghouse manages the verification eligibility, priority recommendations, and referrals for service delivery; provides the case management technology that enables navigations, record creation, and casework; shepherds cases through the representation process; provides legal and technical support to the attorneys housed by the collaborative’s legal service providers; manages the technology that connects the components; and coordinates the system. The Awardee must apply best practices at all times in the delivery of service for logistics, technical and strategic legal support, engineering and technology support, queue and helpdesk support, and coalition coordination.

Examples of Clearinghouse Services in a sentence

  • To use the SaaS Services and any Clearinghouse Services, Practice Management Services or other services specifically identified in an Order Form, and for each such Service to operate properly, Client must supply Company with certain “Registration Data”, all of which must be accurate and updated as appropriate.

  • In addition to any other rights granted to Company herein, Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement and Client and each End User’s access to all SaaS Services and any Clearinghouse Services, Practice Management Services or other services specifically identified in an Order Form if Company does not receive full payment by Client and/or the End User within ten (10) days of the invoice date.

  • Clearinghouse Services fees shall be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

  • The fees in respect of the Clearinghouse Services shall be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Clearinghouse Services are subject to availability via Company’s Clearinghouse Partners Approval for electronic submission to and remittance from most non-commercial payors can take 4-8 weeks from the date Client returns completed forms to Company.

  • NWIP may, in its sole discretion, from time to time and at any time during the term of this Agreement, including any renewal term(s), remove and replace the Clearinghouse Provider or undertake, by itself or through any one or more affiliates, to perform Clearinghouse Services.

  • In the absence of such written non-acceptance notification within the 30-day period, End User confirms acceptance of the new terms by continuing to use the SaaS Services and any Clearinghouse Services, Practice Management Services or other services specifically made available to you by Reseller.

  • CONTRACTOR acknowledges and agrees that it may receive AGENCY Confidential Information (as defined below) Clearinghouse Services (2022-12-INS) (collectively, the “Purpose”).

  • If End User does not accept the new terms by notifying Company within the 30-day period, then End User may continue to use the SaaS Services and any Clearinghouse Services, Practice Management Services or other services specifically made available to you by Reseller under End User’s existing terms until the end of the then current month.

  • To the extent requested by Optel, SWBT shall provide for the tracking of message revenues from certain messages to facilitate the transfer of revenues between the billing company the earning company through the Clearinghouse Services provided by SWBT pursuant to the terms and conditions in Appendix CH, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
