Any Clearing Fees owed by Correspondent to ICS in any given month will count towards achievement of the Minimum Fee for such month and ICS shall deduct such Clearing Fees from the Minimum Fee for such month.
The Introducing Firm agrees to maintain and otherwise agrees to pay Clearing Agent minimum Clearing Fees in an amount equal to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) per calendar month for a period equal to the Initial Term and any Renewal Terms.
