Clearance Space definition

Clearance Space means the space on the Pole below the point where horizontal wire or horizontal cable equipment may not be installed in accordance with the Specifications. For purposes of this definition, “horizontal” means spanning from Pole to Pole or extending more than three feet (3’) from the surface of the Pole.

Related to Clearance Space

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Clearance System means the principal domestic clearance system customarily used for settling trades with respect to the Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.
