clearance list definition

clearance list  means a list of transactions relating to contracts required to be submitted to the clearing house of an association in accordance with the rules or bye-laws of the association :
clearance list  means a list of transactions of sale and purchase relating to contracts traded on the stock exchanges submitted to a clearing corporation in accordance with the law for the time being in force in this behalf.
clearance list  means a list of transactions of sale and purchase relating to contracts traded on the stock exchanges submitted to a clearing corporation in accordance with the law for the time being in force in this behalf - section 2(7A) of Indian Stamp Act inserted vide Finance Act, 2019, w.e.f. 9-1-2020.

  • Insurance Regulator means any Person charged with the administration, oversight or enforcement of any Insurance Regulation.
