Clearance Information definition

Clearance Information means the individual’s personal information needed to complete a Background and Security Investigations Check. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, driver’s license number, and social security number.
Clearance Information means the information which Hofy requests about the Equipment, including but not limited to information about its specification and condition. Clearance Provider has the meaning given to it at A5.2; which is Hofy’s approved third party clearance provider.

  • At the time of execution of this Contract, and within thirty (30) days of any change, CONTRACTOR shall complete under penalty of perjury, and submit to SELPA a “Statement of Certifications, Credentials, Licenses, and Clearances,” in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or a copy of the Staff List and Clearance Information form from the NPS/A application on CAIS with staff training dates attached.

  • For both picture and non-picture badges, the contractor shall submit all required information (date of visit, name, Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO), Social Security Number, Category (Ktr=Industry), and Clearance Information) to the Security Management Office and notify the PCO that a badge request has been submitted via Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).
