All Final Completion Reports must include the following sections: (a) Table of Contents; (b) Executive Summary or Background/Introduction; (c) Discussion and General Information; (d) Inspection, Findings and Data Collection; (e) Conclusions; (f) Final Clearance Documents; (g) Recommendations; and (h) Signature Page(s).
The Contractor shall prepare and submit Contractor Employee Clearance Documents in accordance with DRD 1321MA-004.
