Clear Path definition

Clear Path or “Clear Path Recycling” means Clear Path Recycling, LLC, a strategic alliance between Shaw Industries Group, Inc. and DAK Americas LLC;
Clear Path means an unobstructed way free from obstacles or overhanging projections to a height of 8 feet above the ground, sidewalk, or surface.
