Nuclear Fuel means any material which is capable of producing energy by a self-sustaining chain process of nuclear fission;
Spent nuclear fuel means fuel that has been permanently withdrawn from a nuclear reactor following irradiation, and has not been chemically separated into its constituent elements by reprocessing. Spent Nuclear Fuel includes the Special Nuclear Material, Byproduct Material, Source Material, Greater Than Class C Waste, and other radioactive materials associated with Nuclear Fuel assemblies.
Motor fuel means the same as that term is defined in Section 59-13-102.
Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;
Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
