Building Height - means the vertical distance between grade and the highest point of a building; excluding an elevator housing, a mechanical housing, a roof stairway entrance, a ventilating fan, a skylight, a steeple, a chimney, a smoke stack, a fire wall, a parapet wall, a flagpole or similar device not structurally essential to the building;
Anti-Ragging Helpline means the Helpline established under clause (a) of Regulation 8.1 of these Regulations.
mean high water springs or “MHWS” means the highest level which spring tides reach on average over a period of time;
State ceiling means the aggregate amount of certain private activity bonds, including qualified mortgage bonds, that may be issued in any calendar year in this state pursuant to section 146 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 146.
Ceiling Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.10(a).
